This facility has 30 units of housing of which 7 are one-bedroom and 23 are efficiencies.

It is close to the Miller Public Library as well as restaurants, stores, parks, and public transportation. It has 20 one-bedroom apartments and 20 efficiency apartments which include 4 handicapped units. Centerville Village has 40 units, and it is located at 51 Worth Avenue, in Hamden.

These properties are all smoke free and all units are non-smoking. The HHA manages an Elderly/Disabled program of 190 units located in different parts of the town, 30 units of Congregate housing, as well as 4 Affordable Housing units. We are not accepting any applications at this time. The Elderly and Disabled Housing Waitlist is CLOSED.
